This class has been very informative. I have learned many tools to use in the classroom. I am really excited about the aggregators that you have showed us. Once you turned us loose to explore I really am excited about Netvibes. I am excited to have this dashboard on all the computers in my own classroom. Through this website I am able to put notes on the page, videos, podcasts, information for the students and their parents. Another area of the class that I learned a lot is through the presentations of the different video games. Many of my peers had excellent game ideas that I never even know existed.
Having my own classroom will be a great opportunity for me to use all these technologies. I will have a class website that I will train some of my own students to update. Technology is where our society is and as a teacher I need to be knowledgeable in order to train a generation that will understand technology even better then I do. The one question that crossed my mind throughout the quarter is how do I stay up on all the new technologies that are happening. I find myself to very knowledgeable about technology, but learned things I had know idea that were out there.
